Eforiro Soup

A vegetable soup and a native soup of the Yoruba people of South West Nigeria. The two vegetables most commonly used to prepare the soup are Celosia argentea (ṣọkọ̀ yòkòtò) and Amaranthus hybridus (ẹ̀fọ́ tẹ̀tẹ̀).
Can be served with garri (eba), Semolina, or Pounded yam.

Eru is a green leafy plant used in cooking one of traditional vegetable soups of the Manyu people, located in the Southwest Region of Cameroon Eru is commonly eaten with cassava fufu (locally called water fufu); although it is a native dish to the Manyu people, water fufu and Eru is also one of Cameroon’s signature dishes.

Pepper Soup

Peppersoup is a soup from Nigeria, made using various meats or fishes, chili peppers, scent leaves and calabash nutmeg as the primary ingredients. It is a spicy soup that has a light, watery texture. Despite its name, the soup is not necessarily defined by a pepper-forward flavor profile, that is, the flavors are much more complex, with nutty, bitter, woodsy, and floral notes, as well as warmth.
